Contraceptive Pill Prescriptions
Please ensure you have had your blood pressure checked within the last 12 months before we can issue a prescription for the contraceptive pill.
If your blood pressure needs updating, you can use the self-service BP machine in our waiting area.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Requests
When requesting a prescription for HRT, our reception team will ask for an up-to-date blood pressure (BP) and Body Mass Index (BMI).
If you haven’t had these checked recently, you can use the BP and weight monitoring machine in the waiting area.
If you’re unsure how to use the machine, our friendly staff will be happy to assist you!
