Appointment Cancellations
If you cannot keep an appointment or wish to cancel it, please telephone the surgery so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
The practice monitors the number of patients who “Did Not Attend” on a monthly basis and persistent defaulters are contacted by the practice.

Latecomers Appointment Policy
A routine appointment is scheduled as 10 minute appointment slots. If you arrive after your allocated 10 minute appointment time, you will usually be asked to make another appointment by the Receptionist. If you arrive a few minutes late for your appointment, you should be aware that this will limit your consultation time with the doctor. This policy is necessary in order to avoid delays for other patients.
